the Apartment are clean quit the place is kept clean and if you need something worked on they are right on top what ever the need are the people living here are nice and great to talk with the place is gated and is excellent living area i tell all my friends about these apartments....

Cockroach infested
July 15, 2018
We have been dealing with cockroaches since we got here. We have gone a total of 6 times to talk to the manager. They sprayed the apt once then when they "sprayed the entire complex" and conveniently forgot about us. Then when they did come the guy did only the kitchen and i have no idea if he actually sprayed or just stood there. This morning i move the towel under the dry rack and there is a horde of baby roaches under it. These things are crawling on our beds and coming out of the walls and ...

Getting Better

I've seen high and lows of this place. Its current manager is better than some of the previous ones and is making the location more bearable to live. They managed to get rid of the roach problem that had plagued the complex for almost a decade. Some of the tenants can be shady (I, myself, once spied a man wearing brass knuckles brazenly in public) and are rather inconsiderate as they and their guests are prone to sit in the parking lot and blare music, often in the middle of the night.
