Don't waste your time
February 11, 2019
New management a year ago, new owner a month ago. EITHER way doesn't matter! Same maintenance request every week since 10/22/18. CONSTANTLY being told,"If it's not an emergency, its not getting done." Outlets don't work, ROACHES EVERYWHERE! We were moved in Oct 2018 from ceiling collapse. They couldn't fix it cause it was 'raining' so we lived there moving out for 2 weeks; HAHAHA, it was repaired IN THE RAIN the day after we moved to a 2nd apt. Whatever, this place is crap!

Great Improvements

I have seen changes since new management took over a year ago, the staff is very helpful and they have done great upgrades. You can see them every morning keeping the area clean, they painted the property and added grass! I am happy to live at Villa Vista and I always tell my family and friends to move here when they're lease is up!
