Nice gated community, pool area is nice, apartments are somewhat dated, but you cannot beat the location. For the price, in the area, for a gated community. It is a good place to live.

We live in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath with a nice balcony and garage. We are off 17th Street Causeway-the main street to the Port Everglades. We can ride our bikes to the beach, within 20 minutes. It is a great ride. The apartment complex is secure and we have wonderful neighbors. Something that is very rare for South Florida. We have 2 wonderful dogs-Maddy and Ginger. Both are rescues. We have lived in this apartment for years now. It is very comfortable, especially for me since I work out of the ...
