August 14, 2015I'M A SINGLE MOM WITH MY ONE SON AND WE LIVE IN A TWO BEDROOM FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. I WOULD SAY I AM A GREAT TENANT WHO TRIES TO PAY HER RENT ON TIME (I'VE BEEN LATE ONCE). THE COMPLEX I LIVE IN I THINK IS FAIR. I WISH WE HAD AN OPERATING LAUNDRY ROOM AS WE HAVE NO WASHER & DRYER CONNECTIONS, SO IT CAN BE A HASSEL GOING BACK AND FORTH TO A LAUNDRY MAT AND NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE LAUNDRY MAT IN THE COMPLEX BECAUSE THE MACHINES ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MONEY OR DON'T DRY YOUR CLOTHES RIGHT. ITS A ...VERY SMALL COMPLEX, SO THEREFORE THIS MEANS OUR POOL IS SMALL. NO GYM! WELL, ITS NOT LIKE I GO ANYWAY, BUT IF WE HAD ONE, I WOULD. THE MANAGER IS AWESOME! A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH. VERY COMPASSIONATE. NOW, WHEN I SUMBIT MY WORK ORDERS FOR MAINTENANCE, NOT SO GOOD, BUT EVENTUALLY THE JOB GETS DONE! OVER ALL THE LITTLE THINGS CAN BE LOOKED BECAUSE I FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME, MY HOME EVEN THOUGH IT IS AN APARTMENT.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
