I have been here 2 years, there's has been no management, no maintenance, no response to to immediate need for resolution. Once they have your money they simply do not care about you or your living conditions. Oh but rent sure enough goes up every year with zero reason other than "the cost of living is going up" like they aren't the cost of living. Stay far far away from this property and wallick communities in general.

I have lived at the Villas for two years now. Their maintenance staff has been so wonderful, they are willing to fix things at the drop of a hat. They also have an upgrade program to help everyone pick what they would like in their apartment which is amazing. I just got my whole downstairs upgraded with wood plank flooring. Office staff has been more than helpful. And I love my two car attached garage!! I highly recommend the Villas to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

This place never fixes anything . They also tried to charge me with a broken lease when I moved out . A lease I never signed . You can not get ahold of the proper people to speak to . Absolutely horrible place .

I have lived in the apartment for 9 years. I love the complex. It's very clean and well kept. A big plus is the 2 car garage with private patio. The cabinets and appliances could stand an upgrade but not a big deal.
