HORRIBLE STAFF…I have had two leaks in my apartment within less than a year. They only want to fix stuff on the time it took them two months to fix the leak in my bedroom. They never reimburse me or move me into a new unit after all the problems I done had with this place.

Management suck! Right now they gave me an eviction 2 months ago saying vacate. Still no court date. I have mold, water damage ad roaches bad in my home. There only excuse was my dog. Refuse to allow me to put my cousin on the lease. My deep freezer went missing from my back way ad still not replace per there insurance. Give me a court date now!!! Trying to get the keys to my unit. Change the locks you've already been doing what you wanna do at this point. Management has changed 3 times since ...

Please do not be fooled by the photos on this site. The apartments at Villas at Autumn Hills look nothing like this! I have lived here for 4 years and management has changed at least 3 times. The units are very outdated. Very old cabinets, flooring, etc Showers at ceilings chip. There are leaks very often. Always hard to get in touch with office staff. If you ride through the complex, you'll see trash all over the ground around the trash compactor instead of inside of the actual trash compactor. ...

Autumn Hills once was a very nice community to live in but has definitely gone downhill. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I was ready to move but then a new manager and maintenance team stepped in and stepped up. The property is returning to the beauty it once had. The office staff is professional and the manager seems hands on. The maintenance men actually work. Autumn Hills is a quiet peaceful hidden gem. The kitchens are outdated but the rooms are spacious. Union City is slowly growing and AH is growing with it. Thanks New Management!!!!

I have lived here for two years and the staff has went down the maintenance does not repair anything. They ride around in the golf cart. The office staff turns off the phone so they wont have to assist the tenets with problems. My heat has been out since 3/05/19 and now my air does not work. Do not rent from this company.

I have lived in these apartments going on 3 years and will not be renewing my lease ''Anymore'' the service keeps getting worse and worse.How can people be treated the way this apartment complex treat them but you expect to receive your rent on time every month and continue to go up every year. Had maintenance come to my place about 5 or 6 times last year about my heater or A/C unit, had to call the rent office 3 weeks in a row in order to get my bushes trimmed, they had gotten so full I was ...

unable to walk down the walk way and every time I came out my apartment they were literally touching Me. Now I get home today and the water is not running it's been over 6 hours and the water company still has not made it back to these apartments. Went outside to converse with the neighbors and was advised that the people who were repairing the pipes had broken some machine and they stated they would be back later. It's going on 9 p.m. Eastern time and we still do not have any water and the repair people are nowhere to be found. I've called the emergency number and maintenance has not return my calls. Trash sits near the dumpster sitting out for days before garbage is picked up, constant issues with the water this just happen a couple of months ago and here we go again why was this problem not rectified when we had this same issue months ago. These apartments are really going down.
