Change offer letter in less than 24 after
September 8, 2022I went to renew my lease, so I went to the office and they told me I had to do it online. So I did select a offer and a rate but then when I went to esign the document in the matter of 12 hours or less the offer change by over $200. The staff weren’t helpful in this matter and told me I had to talk to regional person even though I have an email documented rate. They charge you for concierge trash that doesn’t collect at the schedule times and cancels at the last minute with little notice. The ...office staff aren’t available and you have to call multiple times before you can get in contact with someone. The amenities are not always accessible. February 14, 2022We have really enjoyed living at the Villas at Kelly Springs. It's located in a quiet part of town and is just minutes from everywhere we love to go in Huntsville. The property staff are outstanding! They are extremely quick to respond to any issues and are always coming up with events and activities for residents to participate in. Britney and Amber have always been great to work with and answer any questions we may have, and the maintenence has come whenever we have needed fixings, including emergency maintenence when our heater stopped working! October 29, 2021This is definitely Huntsville’s best kept secret for sure! I love the fact that everything is one-level so there are no noisy neighbors or people walking above you. It does get a little noisy at the gas stations nearby, but that can be anywhere you go and not much can be done about that internally. The apartment home is absolutely beautiful and new! We opted for one of the original units, but they still look amazing even after a year. The walk-in shower is perhaps my favorite part! Not many ...places offer that. The customer service is outstanding here from office to the maintenance staff! They take care of your problems immediately. I will admit there is limited parking, and the fitness center has tons of room to offer more perhaps a weight station, exercise balls, etc., but I am still so grateful to call this place my home!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 21, 2021I've never had an experience like this place, I can say that for sure. Since I've moved in I've had: *The wrong apartment keys given to me *Noise complaints ignored *We didn't have access to amenities for 6 months *My water heater didn't work for 6 months or more, I had to reset it every week, getting shocked once in the process *Multiple cold showers *The replacement Water heater STILL didn't work until I got that repaired *I didn't have plumbing for an entire weekend once! *My toilets still ...don't work properly. I have to plunge them every week. Every time I call about it they come over, plunge it themselves, and say its fixed *The office is often closed whenever I go to pay rent. To balance it out, the apartments are big, it has high ceilings, I liked the floors, and they respond to maintenance tickets fast but don't usually resolve them without multiple tickets. The apartments are usually quiet, except for weekends between the hours of 11PM to 4AM when someone blares their car stereo so loud it sometimes shakes the entire complex. And they want to raise the rent on this? In the middle of a pandemic? Greedy. This is definitely a case of form over function.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love this property and management
October 7, 2021I just moved in half a year ago and haven’t had any issues. I did get a BRAND NEW unit and it was very clean. Some spiders, but they’re expected and there’s pest control every two weeks! At least it’s not roaches. Management is GREAT and they made me feels so welcome. This is the first complex to ever make me feel so appreciated. The girls in the office are so nice and help w anything any way they can to make this place feel like a true home. Disappointing
August 15, 2021I never write bad reviews but this will be for you and for the property to be held accountable. We moved into a “brand new unit” that had been lived in for 1 year come to find out. It was absolutely disgusting. They held high standards for lease signings, money orders, etc. However, they breached contract by not having the unit (which we were told would be brand new) FULLY cleaned and ready for move-in. Dirty doors, windows, floors, poop in the toilets. The place wreaked. The carpets were filthy ...and filled a new vacuum cleaner with dirt, hair and debris. Management never apologized. They sent a man to clean...he cleaned the toilet. The unit smelled of mildew. Eventually, after reaching out to regional managers (they never called back within 24 hours as promised by their voicemail), local managers aid we could have a new unit but it was still dusty/dirty and had a spider problem. There WAS ZERO APOLOGIES ever offered and others in community told us it was not unusual for people move-in and move-out rapidly. This property looks so nice and seemed so ideal. Management is LOST on customer service and maintenance. Please dont be fooled by appearances. I hope this company fails or remedies the chronic issues. There are many properties in Huntsville. May 15, 2020Five stars are not enough to show how happy I am with my new apartment. The manager is on top of everything and made my move seamless. I love the one-story concept and that was what initially interested me in looking here. Even though I moved from the other side of the country, the manager made me feel right at home.
