  • Know What You're Getting Into

    We lived here for 3 years. On moving out, we were hit with fees for cleaning (after we CLEANED), damage from previous renters, and regular wear and tear. There were also strange utility fees that made no sense. All told, THEY HAVE DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. Just beware.

  • Looks deceiving

    This is my second year living here and it has not gotten any better. Only good thing is the location. No one cleans up after their dogs, maintenance is slow, the office has been rude on multiple occasions. It is too expensive for what you get. I’ve also had multiple issues with my neighbors waking me up or blasting music with their doors open. They don’t even change the batteries in the fire alarms, you will get waken up in the morning by the low battery beep unable to reach it depending on your ...
    apartment. All the light poles are falling down, they are removing them rather than replacing them, soon there will be none.

    I lived at the Villas for little less than two years and had many issues. The management make it look like they are helpful but they're not. They absolutely DO NOT CARE about their residents!! I had problems both during move in and move out. Regardless, if you don't have any other option, don't forget to ask 100s of questions during move in because they will withhold important information and then impose fines on you. Please do not live here if you value your hard earned money. With so many ...

  • The worst renting experience I’ve ever had

    We lived at the Villas for 1.5 years and had non stop issues. Not only are the apartments extremely outdated, the management staff at this location is horrific. We had to relocate due to a job promotion and they have made the move out process brutal. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. Please save yourself the time and money, go anywhere else.

I have had HORRID experience in past and this is excellent compared to that. I am happy to be part of The Villas for next months and love how much they have to offer here! No smoking community! Thank you to Adri, Dan and the great maintenance and grounds keeper staff for everything! No clue why anyone would say staff is anything less than amazing.

  • Stay Away from the Villas

    I would never recommend this place. The biggest problem I had was with Dan the manager he is the most uptight, unfriendly and unfair etc. How he ever made it in management this long is beyond. He ripped me off for hundreds of dollars. The apartments are cheap and very loud. Matt I think does his best but the place is filthy and rundown and over priced then Dan will try to take money from you whenever he can. You will lose most or all of your deposit one way or another. So consider yourself ...

    Dan here is amazing. I've never had a better leasing experience. I've had bad times at other apartments and he re assured me none of that would be like that here. A 100% non smoking community, great amenities and even better homes. The apartment I'm currently living in feels more like a home than anything. Not something that's temporary. Probably why a lot of residents here renew their lease. I will definitely be one of those people.
