Know What You're Getting Into
October 17, 2024We lived here for 3 years. On moving out, we were hit with fees for cleaning (after we CLEANED), damage from previous renters, and regular wear and tear. There were also strange utility fees that made no sense. All told, THEY HAVE DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. Just beware.Property Manager Responded

Looks deceiving
April 12, 2023This is my second year living here and it has not gotten any better. Only good thing is the location. No one cleans up after their dogs, maintenance is slow, the office has been rude on multiple occasions. It is too expensive for what you get. I’ve also had multiple issues with my neighbors waking me up or blasting music with their doors open. They don’t even change the batteries in the fire alarms, you will get waken up in the morning by the low battery beep unable to reach it depending on your ...apartment. All the light poles are falling down, they are removing them rather than replacing them, soon there will be none.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
March 31, 2023I lived at the Villas for little less than two years and had many issues. The management make it look like they are helpful but they're not. They absolutely DO NOT CARE about their residents!! I had problems both during move in and move out. Regardless, if you don't have any other option, don't forget to ask 100s of questions during move in because they will withhold important information and then impose fines on you. Please do not live here if you value your hard earned money. With so many ...negatives mentioned above, there are two things that kept us going for 2 years. The location, it's located close to many businesses and restaurants. The privacy of the building, no issues from neighbors or any other things.Property Manager Responded

The worst renting experience I’ve ever had
March 3, 2022We lived at the Villas for 1.5 years and had non stop issues. Not only are the apartments extremely outdated, the management staff at this location is horrific. We had to relocate due to a job promotion and they have made the move out process brutal. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. LOVE it here!
September 27, 2016I have not had to rent in years. However, in past month found myself back in the apartment renting world. I heard great things about a few apartment complexes in area but found that The Villas where the best. Upon arriving was greeted by staff who have been so great and professional! Adri is awesome and truly an asset (I feel) to The Villas. I read all reviews and kept in mind it is apartment living and came at night, morning and afternoon before signing a lease to see what went on and found it ...to be well lit up, mostly quiet, respectful pet owners and friendly neighbors. I do hear some noise in apartments near me but nothing like others I have rented in the past. I have had HORRID experience in past and this is excellent compared to that. I am happy to be part of The Villas for next months and love how much they have to offer here! No smoking community! Stay Away from the Villas
January 6, 2016I would never recommend this place. The biggest problem I had was with Dan the manager he is the most uptight, unfriendly and unfair etc. How he ever made it in management this long is beyond. He ripped me off for hundreds of dollars. The apartments are cheap and very loud. Matt I think does his best but the place is filthy and rundown and over priced then Dan will try to take money from you whenever he can. You will lose most or all of your deposit one way or another. So consider yourself ...warned. There are much nicer , cleaner , quieter places with good management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Above and Beyond
September 26, 2015Dan here is amazing. I've never had a better leasing experience. I've had bad times at other apartments and he re assured me none of that would be like that here. A 100% non smoking community, great amenities and even better homes. The apartment I'm currently living in feels more like a home than anything. Not something that's temporary. Probably why a lot of residents here renew their lease. I will definitely be one of those people.Review from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015The Villas at Meadow Springs is an amazing apartment complex to reside in. The amenities are fabulous with a location close to dining, walking trails, and the local mall.
