September 28, 2020Most definitely the best apartment I have stayed at in Atlanta. Not many places can offer this much square footage. The maintenance staff are very competent in their craft and the homes are of a higher quality than other places I have stayed. The staff are friendly and so are your neighbors. I like that the neighborhood is diverse as well. What speaks the most for this community is the numbers. After speaking with my neighbors, I see many who have loved here for years with the only ones ...leaving because they were ready to buy a house. I don't see people leaving because they did not like it hear. I always recommend this place over all others in Atlanta. January 2, 2020I've been living here for 3 years and love it! Before my husband and I moved in we must've seen over a dozen apartments. We chose Villas on Briarcliff because of how spacious the grounds are, all the natural green around us, and the really large floor plans. These apartments are almost double the size of what you can find out there today, and because the buildings are spread out, we get a lot of privacy.
