    The staff are incredibly friendly. The grounds and building are kept up beautifully. It is a perfect place to live being so close to all of the wonderful restaurants and shops!

    Magnificent apartment layout. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Would love to see improved amenities (hot tub? Better pool table?) One negative is that some of the infrastructure less than ideal (no AC/heat in bathrooms, no shower lights, no ceiling outlets).

    The upgrades so far are very visible (along the dog park). Now that the pool is finally done is awesome to be able to enjoy for the (hotter) days to come. Hopefully everyone will utilize to be refreshed!

    My move-in experience could have gone smoother but the staff couldn’t have been nicer to accommodate the early move in and take care of the residuals of the previous long-term tenant.
