Violet on Broadway is conveniently located near a bus stop and will be walking distance to the new library which will soon be built. One can walk to Lucky's for groceries or to Amante or Spruce cafe.

We are happy with our time here. The apartment has a nice layout, high ceilings, and lots of windows-feels airy and open. The community is friendly, the staff is attentive and cares about decorating at Christmas, or doing regular maintenance and painting to keep the complex in good condition. Its also a great location!

We love the location and our apartment which has a front room view of the hills of Wonderland Park. Management and maintenance are responsive, competent and friendly and all work to keep the complex safe, tended and looking good. We feel valued as renters and feel at home here!

Its just a wonderful inclusive place to live that really cares about its residents. Having cookouts and food gatherings several times a month. Prompt response to maintenance issues and friendliest staff Ive ever met. Highly recommend.
