Lived here for a few years and used to love it here, but they’ve been constantly adding new fees like trash collection and parking (your still getting the same parking and trash collection) and recently they’ve been sending out mass texts to the entire complex with warnings not to leave the laundry room door open or little things like that, this wouldn’t be an issue but it happens so often that it feels very invasive, in the few years I’ve been here the rent has also gone up to the point that ...

it’s not worth what your paying (even compared with other San Diego apartments). I’ve found some much better deals in the San Diego area I hope you do too, but I wouldn’t recommend that you come here.

I unfortunately had to move back home last summer, but living here was so amazing! The pool is huge! And I always enjoyed having a bbq with my family! The manager, jessica is one of the nicest women i have ever met in my life! I had a great time living at vista capri, five stars!

4 stars because there’s no balcony or patio but other than that, I like my apartment here. The manager is cool and I’m about 10 mins away from my school. Apartments are small but clean and cute. Parking is always open / easy.
