    I don’t know when & I don’t how, but when I moved here the apartments were beautiful. I loved my 2 bedroom. However, we started getting roaches & FPI management was not at all helpful. Sometimes they spray, sometimes they don’t. My Ac unit never works. There are always homeless people rummaging through the garbage because in our gated community, the gate isn’t always closed. Only thing I can say is I love my balcony.

  • Heating and Air Conditioning Rarely Work

    May 5, 2022
    The original AC systems that were installed are of such poor quality that many residents have AC problems. Management has to replace the units as the only method of repair. They do not do this in a timely manner. We waited over a month to get central heat working again. And when summer comes, the AC has trouble keeping when it’s 80 degrees or hotter outside, and it’s only a 500 SF apartment.

  • No hot water

    BEWARE there are times throughout the day when there is no hot or even warm water available. The gates are always broken and there is an atrocious odor on the first floor.
