Renters Reviews and Ratings
Roaches, Mice, broken entry gates, broken windows, homeless break-ins, etc
February 4, 2026As the headline reads. This place has it all! Roaches are in the walls everywhere—I see a minimum of 3 per day on the best days in my studio. Don't cook anything, or leave out dirty clothes, or they will infest it. Every door entry point is broken with no date in site for repair. Homeless people continually are let in or break in to stay the night in spaces throughout the building. ZERO Security. If you have an issue good luck! Call 911 because nobody cares. Building Management is ...absolutely abysmal. The only thing they will do for you is ensure your lease agreement is enforced. So once you sign you won't leave without paying all the fees disclosed within it. Building smells everywhere. It's stale, old, and nasty—your clothes will reek of this odor everywhere you go day to day. So don't bother to invite anyone over or expect to smell decent ever. ZERO STARS.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

If I could give ZERO stars I would
October 2, 2025If you want the full homeless experience, both outside and inside, this is the place for you. From stolen packages to abysmal building management, everything about this place was a disaster. Security? Nonexistent. Basic livability? Questionable at best. **0/10. Absolutely do NOT recommend**Review from Apartments.com
