November 23, 2022I am currently renting and planning on moving the building super is rude and nasty he hates doing his job. I’ve seen several water bugs in the hallway. And the management office is just as bad as the super! I would not recommend anyone move here!Review from Apartments.com
Our Beach Studio
August 23, 2015It is small, but it is our haven! My boyfriend and I were recently living in a shelter and moved in about two months ago. At first, I was in heaven to be able to once again have a place. But I quickly realized what a treasure this apartment became to me. I absolutely love being right near the boardwalk! I love to jog and the view is breathtaking! I love our studio! We don't have much but I love my own small kitchen! Its one open space, abeit the bathroom being seperate. But being able to lay my ...futon on my hardwood floors staring out at the beautiful view of a blue sky, a firework-inspired night and a sultry storm. I am happy for the location to public transportation and am at reasonable distance to school and work.
