Some units have hardwood floors, some are carpeted. The unit is heated with electric cadet heaters. Hot water is heated by a common boiler, so tenant does not pay for heating the water. The property is convenient to bus lines, banks, post office, shopping areas and downtown. There are two on-site laundry rooms. Sorry, there is limited parking, one assigned spot per unit. Small & Quiet
July 22, 2015
Older apartments that lack a lot of amenities. No air conditioning, ceiling fans or vent fans in the bathroom. Not many electrical outlets and a very small kitchen. On the plus side, the neighborhood is quite. The management is unobtrusive, but quick to fix a problem if one comes up. The property is well maintained and pretty. Two laundry rooms on-site make laundry easy.
