This building is very nice and it's in a quiet neighborhood. I just moved in and my apartment is awesome. it has garbage disposal,dishwasher and kitchen is brand new. Very Modern apartment.

his property is located in a historical area of the Germantown section of Philadelphia. It's an older property consisting of three separate buildings. Each building has four floors and are equipped with elevators. The property consists of: Studios, one bedrooms and two bedroom units. Heat and Hot water are included. There are laundry facilities in each building. There is a small garage which has an additional fee, however, parking is mostly on the street.

The apartments her are not well maintained nor is staff on the premises for maintenance issues. The management is very nice though.
