Hidden gem
March 27, 2018This is a beautiful, affordable town home , less than 25 min from Baltimore city. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Penny is the best property Manager I have come across to date. She takes pride in her property and her residents experience. The maintenance staff has a less then 48 hour turnover time and they also take pride in their work. This place is truly a hidden gem , great for families with children and pets.Review from Apartments.com
I like it here
September 27, 2015My husband and I have been here for over three years now and despite pros and cons we really do like it here. we do not have any children however this is a kid friendly community--maybe not a lot going on for teenagers however the kids here are well supervised by their parents and there is outside spaces for them to enjoyed their outside toys. Of course they are pros and cons with every community; these apartments are old and there are some things that maybe should be replaced rather than ...repaired however I know the more replacement the more the cost could go up. I am satisfied with my rent it has only been increased one time in my three years. It is at the highest I will pay however comparable for the living space and amenities. The apartment Office staff has been more professional than not with us. slight disagreements and misunderstandings that were rapidly resolved. Due to the age of the units some things are going to break down however; never in my three years here has the staff refused or did not repair or replace any of my services in a reasonable time slot. Some items had to be repaired more than once and maybe these should be replaced after a few times. My community is full with working-class adults who enjoy leisure time and weekends however I have never been awakened or been kept up but any loud noises or disturbances. No place is perfect. Parking is very generous and there's always a space to park close to my apartment I feel safe in this neighborhood-- safe to come home late at night or early in the morning. I applaud and appreciate the community for maintaining a clean, beautiful surroundings especially in the summer with grass cutting responsibilities weekly and at the same time I feel that this is taken to a limit in that two weeks of growing grass in the summer does not make a rundown apartment complex. keep in mind that these are working adults living here I feel at least a two-week grace on loan service should be sufficient. The notes on the door to cut the lawn or threaten that it will be cut and charged for you each week is, I feel is bordering on harassment over something that is important but not critical. a little more leeway should be given and at least two weeks maximum. I feel that air-conditioner repair should be considered an emergency service just like heat air in the summer is just as important and that is part of the reason we paid the rent price that we do for air condition we are satisfiedRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
