Information No Longer Correct
February 17, 2026The property has been purchased by another management company. Both the Walnut Woods Site and the availability listed are incorrect. I wasted an hour applying, including talking with actual staff before being informed there was no availability. I recommend you avoid until they fix their site.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect
March 26, 2025The community is amazing! It’s well kept up. Maintenance is always handy when you need them. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Management is nice and always there when you have a question. It’s very quiet and very beautiful especially for an area in Toledo, because it’s always busy. LOVE IT!!!
December 6, 2024I just moved in and Julia has made it such a great experience!!! Its my first time away from home so it was a weary feeling at first but i feel so safe in my new home! Quiet and convenient
May 30, 2024Nice townhouse that is in a great location near Spring Meadows and good school district (Springfield local schools). Management is quick to respond and very helpful. The property manager Julia is really nice and easy to work with if you should ever have an issue. Maintenance is also very quick and they are constantly making sure our townhouse is equipped with safety measures such as smoke alarms and CO detectors.Property Manager Responded
