Poor communication, rude staff

Rude management, made a tour appointment, received multiple confirmations via text and email. When I showed up, no one answered the phone or came to let me in the building. A resident let me in eventually after waiting a while and I was able to track down the manager just sitting in the office. She was rude, refused to give me a tour despite me being the only person there. She told me she wasn’t expecting me , even after I showed my multiple confirmations and that it wasn’t her problem. Then she ...
disappeared down the hall and didn’t come back. Waste of time.
