Only rent here if you're desperate

The plumbing sucks, the management stinks!!! Parking is a nightmare, each unit is assigned one parking space and there is NO GUEST PARKING AT ALL. If you have a two car household or you like to entertain guest YOU ARE SCREWED. There's a $75 fee if you're rent is late that has to be paid in cash. You can't find the property manager unless you owe him money. The best part is the entire building is roach infested. Unless you like living with bugs, then don't rent. Washing you have to pay for. $1.50 ...
to wash and 1.25 to dry. I BEG you please do not consider this place. Save up a little more to find a better place. I don't why this place has 3 stars. Then again, I do smell weed ever so often in the complex so perhaps that may explain it.
