Horrible communication
May 16, 2025Worst staff! Miss communication! Couldn't get us in after signing a lease. Unit not clean! Went to view an apartment for a transfer. Told the price would be locked in by the leasing agent. She gave false information and was not the case. The office didn't know the correct process about transfers and how it worked. They then had to increase the rent. We were told we had a week to move over and have plenty of time. This was also false. When we went in a week before we move to ask about ...information on address they informed us we have two days to move. This is when WE HAD to ask for a welcome letter and lease. They then sent over after the office said it was their fault for them not getting us after we made the arrangements. We signed the lease and documents. Got a call two days before our move in on a Friday before the weekend at 2:30pm informing us that our apartment would not be ready when we signed up for. Pushing back our move in date a week out. This causes us to reschedule excel, movers, doggy daycare and time off work. They tried to help us and move us into another unit that would have been available on our move in date. When we went to look at that unit walking in was apparent that that unit as well was not ready. We walked the unit when there was cigarette buds on the floor and unit all dirty. They knew weeks before that the unit was a mess and now telling us they forgot to clean it and making us move around our schedules to accommodate. Since the start of the process it's been unprofessional. The leasing office is telling us different than what managers are allowing. Worst process I have ever gone through. We like the area and very unfortunately we have to go through all this when none of it was our fault and everything is miss communicated. They are not willing to make anything right and tells us it's unfortunate and just how it is. Please do not move here. Find a better apartment with better management!!! With transferring we had to put in a 30 day so this have them more than a month to get the unit clean and ready and nope failed!Property Manager Responded

Location is lovely — Greystar is abominable
April 19, 2025No parking for real tenants- junk cars dumped here and nothing done to address it | Stolen packages from "secure mail room" | "Gym" is a broken down joke | Snow removal is so poor it is downright dangerous | Service requests and messages in the portal go completely unread and unaddressed | Off-leash dogs, poop everywhere, abandoned furniture stacked by the dumpsters, and smoking on the patios and in the breezeways— it's a free for all! Shady management
November 22, 2024Appliances are in poor condition. Pipes leak in the apartments. I’ve already been relocated to another unit due to pipes busting in my ceiling. If you want a functioning gym, do not come here. Both treadmills are out of order and have been for months. The electrical bike doesn’t work. A lot of weights are going missing with being replaced. Awful everything
July 12, 2024Where to even start. Don't believe the reviews of this place. The new management company took over and completely botched the turn over. They lost all their resident information and had no clue who was living where. They had to post fliers on doors to survey who was living there. The online payment portal was down for the first payment and they didn't have the amount owed at the time. They are hard to get in contact with. If you call their phone number it almost always goes to a central call ...center that has no idea what is going on with the property and can not redirect or get you in touch with the actual on site management. When you do go in and talk with people it seems like no one has any idea what is going on. Maintenance is a nightmare. Not only is maintenance slow, but they are rude. I got in a yelling match with one of them because he refused to inform me the status of my emergency maintenence request. He told me to go walk over the office and ask... That's your job man. I've also been fighting with them to get my AC fixed for 2 years...its been actually 3 years but the new management hasn't been in charge the entire 3 years. They refuse to replace the unit even after 3 parts were replaced and two refills of freon. I've been using a window ac unit for 3 years now because the AC overheats and blows hot air half the day. UNSAFE and Horrible Management
June 19, 2024The location is great but wow the management could not be worse. In the winter, a bird flew into our window and broke the glass, it took them 2+ months to replace the window while it was January in Colorado and through negative temps. It is summer now and 95+ degree days and our AC broke. After over a week of our maintenance request going unanswered, I had to call the office in order to get any sort of attention. Finally the HVAC guy came out and said we needed a whole new unit and are “on the ...list”. It’s now been 3 weeks without AC while it’s reaching 100 degrees and still no word about when it will be fixed. Homeless people sleep in the open stairwell right outside your door and there are drug dealers that park around and deal out of this complex to the homeless in old town. At a minimum of 4-5 times a day you will have homeless people trying to open/ break into your car and digging through the trash. I’ve found guns and miscellaneous needles in the grass around the community. This is NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE. If you’d like a peaceful community, this is not where you should be! I do not feel safe here and management couldn’t care less about your well being.Property Manager Responded
