February 24, 2026When I came to tour Waterford Cherry Creek, I was really just information gathering and had a very flexible move time. I was immediately impressed with the staff, all the information that was shared with me about the community, and the patience she had while touring. I never felt like she had somewhere else she needed to be or felt pressured one way or the other (Thanks Amanda!) I loved the floor plan and decided to move faster than I thought I was going to. The management team was great in ...following up once I submitted my application and helping me get through the whole process. I had one or two minor maintenance request upon move-in that they took care of very promptly. I love my new apartment and feel completely at home already!Property Manager Responded

The leasing agents are all kind and friendly. The maintenance is timely with requests. The amenities are actually functional and kept updated. The area is pretty good too.
