We've only been here a few months but already the experience has blown other communities we've tried out of the water. Absolutely no complaints and we love the pet-of-the-month community newsletter! So many opportunities to find community here and the amenities make it so I love to spend my days off in the complex.

II love the community at Waterford Cherry Creek. I love the fact that it is open , has trees, is close to everything. The location is awesome! The staff is excellent, including Catherine Garcia and Ilear in maintenance ance.

Waterford is really just average at best. The complex is visually appealing. Rent is an okay price and having a walk in closet is nice.

When I came to tour Waterford Cherry Creek, I was really just information gathering and had a very flexible move time. I was immediately impressed with the staff, all the information that was shared with me about the community, and the patience she had while touring. I never felt like she had somewhere else she needed to be or felt pressured one way or the other (Thanks Amanda!) I loved the floor plan and decided to move faster than I thought I was going to. following up once I submitted my application and helping me get through the whole process. I had one or two minor maintenance request upon move-in that they took care of very promptly.
