I was immediately impressed with the staff, all the information that was shared with me about the community, and the patience she had while touring. I never felt like she had somewhere else she needed to be or felt pressured one way or the other (Thanks Amanda!) I loved the floor plan and decided to move faster than I thought I was going to. The management team was great in ...following up once I submitted my application and helping me get through the whole process. October 9, 2025I absolutely love living at Waterford Cherry Creek Apartments. The only issue I have is that the rent is a little high, but if you can afford to live here I highly recommend it. The leasing agents are all kind and friendly. The maintenance is timely with requests. The amenities are actually functional and kept updated. The area is pretty good too.
