Waterfront Square Philadelphia
August 3, 2015Staff/front desk/valet are all super helpful and friendly. Facility is gated which is a plus. The gym, which is free, is pretty good for an apartment gym. It is usually not crowded. There is a shuttle that runs in and out of the city on weekdays. Pool and deck right on the river are great in the summer (the pool is glass enclosed, so it can be used in winter too). The place is very dog friendly. It has two dog park areas and a huge outdoor park on the third floor above the garage. Most ...apartments have good views of either the city or the Ben Franklin Bridge. One negative is that the isn't a lot of closet space for two people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
