I have been living here for 5 months and the peopel in the office have been so helpful! I like it here will probably reapply to stay here longer after my lease is up.

Maintenance take weeks or months to get your stuff fixed.
Management never answer the phones or e-mails.
Elevator are not working for months now, the place is nasty, hallways and stairs are dirty and with rare stains.

People scream in the pool at 1 am. From inside and outside of the complex.
Dirty and nasty.
Roach city
Prices go up a lot
Water goes off a lot
No one answers call in the office
Maintenance orders do not go through
No visitor parking
Elevators smell and do not work 300/365 days

This place is terrible, roaches, smells like urine, dog poop everywhere, the maintenance guys do not pick it up and trash everywhere.
My car was hit while parked in front of my apartment and management did nothing.
It took them weeks to fix stuff, my mom and I lived there for less than two weeks and we were both constantly sick because of the unhealthy conditions there.
Absolutely don’t move here. Claudia is really sweet in the office but the rest of them do noting! They just make excuses. ...
Homeless all over after dark too.
Loud music and partying.
Definitely some mold on the property as well.
Don’t move here , it’s not clean or safe.

Great location surrounded by food and one mile from the Galleria mall. However, if you're sensitive to hearing tenants talking ridiculously loud with partying until 11:30PM and hearing your neighbor sneeze and wash clothes at 3 AM, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
