Don’t be fooled
May 26, 2024The pictures are pretty but up close it’s filthy. The stairs, railings and landings are covered in lizard and frog crap. You can’t even sweep it away!! According to the property manager they pressure wash quarterly. I’ve been here a year and haven’t seen that happen once! Our front doors were recently painted an ugly gray and it was done right over the filth. There are NO amenities like a pool or gym. The office is closed more than it’s open and the facilities men are not helpful at all. Not worth the $ and they charge for everything they can
September 13, 2021I've lived here for 3 years and then the property was sold to a business up north.They immediately raised everyone's rent and started charging for things that used to be free. We had to remove our satellite dish or else pay fees. Even though we had a contract with Dish these new owners would not honor that. Beware of this new management- it's been a nightmare since they took overReview from Apartments.com
