Spacious apartments, maintenance requests are handled with 24 hrs, sometimes sooner. Excellent front office staff, friendly and helpful. Security always on alert ... Truly a great place to call home. Only regret is I didn't move in sooner!!!

I love living at WatersRidge. It is a quiet community with na awesome location 7 minutes from Town Center Shopping Center and in between Atlantic and Beach Blvd. The prices are definitely fair and the staff is very helpful!
