This business is legit. I just left the office from talking to Marquieha and she explain to me the process and EXACTLY what is going on. They are still in the middle of building and there is a waiting list. They do not pull your money for the application unless they are about to process you on the waiting list. They only have 16 units up as of now. They are working out a very small space and the entire time I was in there, they were answering the phone. So, thank you so much ladies for clarifying ...

They will not answer. I’ve tried to contact them many many many times about the apartments and setting up a time to tour/talk about them but absolutely nothing. ANYBODY WHOSE READING THIS… DO NOT FILL OUT THE APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE TALKED TO SOMEONE FACE TO FACE. They’re going to take you money and not respond.

THEY TAKE YOUR APPLICATION MONEY AND YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM!! I emailed for details before I filled out the application and JESSICA replied. I applied a month ago on their website. I went to access my account to see the status of my application and my account can't be found. So I went to the Waters @ Magnolia apartments only to be told that the receptionist for the Waters at Oakbrook was in a meeting. Well she's been in a meeting for a month straight now. I call and get the answering machine. I ...
call the Waters @ Magnolia and get the answering machine. I emailed before I filled out the application and JESSICA replied. Only once through this whole process have I ever gotten a word from someone and then after I applied Im ghosted. I even went to their facebook page and messaged their. Got the same response that theyll pass my info on to the apartment manager BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. The page has been deleted since then. If they knew the apartments wouldnt be ready why take and waste peoples time and money. At this point im going to dispute with my bank to get my money back.
