DO NOT RENT HERE.
August 27, 2022Please be aware, those who are looking to find a place to rent, DO NOT RENT HERE. The management is horrible, they do not respect the residents and they do not know how to operate the property. I would like to say this is just my experience, but this is the overall experience of ALL the residents. They are losing people left and right from the property and the only ones who are becoming new residents are those who are being fooled by the tricks they play. Here are reasons why: 1) They do not ...notify you of any things that are happening around the property. Example: Trim work needing to be done on your building, you'll just find some random person in your house with NO NOTICE doing some sort of work, or YOUR CAR is magically towed without any notice from management. 2) The Staff here is horrible; they do not show an ounce of respect or responsibility for the residents. 3) They try to get you with lower rent but after your lease term is over expect 30% increase or more. 4) Maintenance isn't the best here, expect no help from them. 5) The old owners / management company used to do resident events every week, but don't expect any now. Stay Away
July 19, 2017Do Not Move Here! The place is safe and nice enough aside from never being able to find a parking space and tow trucks driving by nightly. But if you want any portion of a security deposit back, this isn't the place. When we were moving out they didn't want to do a walk through with us, just by themselves. We said we had to do the walk through with them, so they came and said we would lose about $100-$150 from our deposit. Then we move out and get a bill for almost $600 on top of our deposit ...and of course you can't talk to the person who did the walk through, you can only talk to some corporate collector. Noisy, staff unhelpful
September 20, 2016Walls are thin, expect to hear your neighbors conversations, tv shows, etc. When it's time to move out, prepare to be surprised with a final bill for damages a day before payment is due. Management will not accept credit, or attempt to work out any alternate payment methods and will send you immediately to collections. Not impressed.Review from Apartments.com
Waterside Apartments
October 5, 2015Waterside Apartments is a great, quiet, place to live. If you have dogs it is great because there is a walking path around the pond behind the complex. There are also numerous walking paths within a short distance. The maintenance staff is great and always quick to fix any problems. The staff at Waterside are very friendly and always there if you need them. It is right around a mile to Reston Town Center so perfect location to restaurants and night life. Great apartment wish there was a window in the bathroom
August 10, 2015The apartment is great! Friendly vibes and the pool is super chill. Right next to Reston town center and lots of good food. The alliances are up to date and work well. Only complaints: they are serious about towing in this place and I wish there was a window in the bathroom. The bathroom is set up for a window but does not have one.
