I lived in Wayland for over a year and we had an awesome top floor unit with amazing views of Lake Michigan and so much natural light. The apartment was recently redone so we had very nice appliances (including a gas range and high-end wall light fixtures). The apartment was also huge and had multiple walk-in closets. Kevin was great and whenever we had a maintenance request it was answered within a few hours. Move out was very seamless too, and the security deposit returned was very fair. Note, ...
this is still an old building so the heaters can be loud, there is no AC, no garbage disposal, etc. However, for the reasonable price the apartment was well worth it. I would recommend renting from Kevin and the Shoreline team

Inaccurate pictures

I visited this apartment and it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures that are shown here in the listing, thought I’d spread this tip so you don’t waste your time like I did.

We have included pictures of both remodeled and non remodeled apartments to show that there is variation between the apartments which is reflective of the price ranges.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Apartments

Loved being in walking distance of so many things. 5 minute walk to the grocery store, 15 minute walk to Water St., and even closer to the lakefront. Old building but that is what gives it the beauty and charm. Great people and staff. Parking was tricky, but that is to be expected downtown.
