Poor management
December 8, 2019Management is not attentive to the tenants needs unless they want money from you for renters insurance or anything that requires your money, then they will literally chase you down. The neighbors are loud, the smell of weed doesn’t bother me but the constant stomping above and outside residents coming and going from my unit building does. This happens regularly during the week days when I’m trying to sleep for work. Also the money you pay is not worth the outdated style apartment you get and on ...top of that, the water or electric is not included, the apartment is not all that. You’d get your money’s worth if you looked in the down river area. Updated appliances, laminate floor, newer carpet, washer/dryer in unit. Shop around, because the convenience in location is the only thing these apartments have going for them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 25, 2015I had the pleasure of living at Wellington Place and had no problems at all. The apartment was quiet and it was pushed off to the back, where no one really didnt notice it.
