Wells Apt on Madison

This is great building for young professionals. A little bit pricey for the area but totally worth it for the new upgrades (granite, nice new cabinetry & modern hardware, w&D in unit, off-street parking, etc.) I am in a 1 bedroom (which is more like a studio due to lack of privacy) but with 2 giant windows the space is very airy and open. The additional accents included in the unit are also great - ikea shelving, wine rack, closet unit. All electric unit is nice for keeping monthly bills low ...

(about $30) and the atmosphere is great with lots of other young professionals and the office staff was always nice and accommodating.
