While visiting I had a great experience. I was welcomed with knowledgeable and friendly staff in particular a property manager Tamara Moses! This small well kept gated community was a true gem. Unfortunately I was over income but definitely a great place to live!

I was there yesterday, to tour the community the manager was super nice and immediately took us to tour the apt, the apt is amazing we were shopping around and had a few more places to see while in town, but the treatment was so amazing we just took a few minutes outside and BOOM!!!!!!!!!! we made the decision that this is where we want to live. We visited various places in Charlotte and no one was able to top Marie, so we put in the application and we are approved we will be moving in by the ...

Love the new apartment, it is absolutely beautiful, just like they promised, the move in process was amazing, coming from out of town manager was super helpful and understanding, I truly see myself living here for a long time, nice clean gated community, like the fact that is pet and family friendly, the pool is amazing and the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Can I give them a 10 start rating :) Totally recomended

The people in the office must never work because for the past three days I have been trying to get ahold of them and I either get hung up on or they're not in the office at all. I'd like to tour an apartment and I'm basically trying to throw money at them but apparently they don't need it.

I recently moved in about 2 months ago, and I have to say that this place is amazing. To be so close to Plaza Midwood and South Park and literally minutes from Uptown, the price is unbeatable. My apartment has stainless steel appliances, 2 story ceilings, wood floors, and granite! I would be paying an arm and a leg for this if I went anywhere else. First moving in I loved the complex everything was perfect. Great price and I loved the renovations. At the time Julie was in the office and she was so nice, only negative was the apartment wasn't ready on my move in date. But within a month we had so many issues with the apartment and with the new leasing consultant Marie she wasn't much help at all. Marie never answered the phone I would always have to go to the office and she would always be on the phone. If she did answer she would hang up ...

Customer service is not here in the community and with better management this would be a great place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
