May 14, 2024There are many violations of leasing agreements and city ordinances from neighbors. There is food being thrown in public places, large mattresses left out for weeks beside garbages, a group of motorcycle riders revving their engines during quiet hours and parking on public sidewalks, tenants smoking both weed and cigarettes next to the properties, and a lack of action from the leasing office in regard to all of these issues.Review from Apartments.com

Pets are the most important
October 11, 2017I reside in west gate a place where pets are important than kids. You can't play outside or ride bike but you can walk a dog around no leash And Not curb your dog but he can't bark just walk. There's plenty of space to sit on the grass and just enjoy the breeze but just sit don't throw a Frisbee or something like that. But if you don't have to get up too early and you're a 9-5er no kids with dogs it's perfect really.Review from Apartments.com
Relaxed/Layback/Beautiful Townhouses
August 11, 2015My boyfriend and I moved to Westgate townhomes at the end of January 2015 due to my other apt became to small. We not only got a bigger, more spacish place but a actually home. It is as big as a house, we choose the two bedrooms and it comes with a full size basement, brand new washer and dryer for only 50 bucks a month, two floors, dishwasher, and the best part is it has back yards where we have cook outs and relax in the sun! Pets are welcomed and the hardwood floor are so much easier to keep ...clean. The rent is 1225 for the two floor, two bedroom house (this also includes the washer and dryer). There's street parking, and you have your own space (I like the street) due to you pull in and it's a little place of its own, it goes around in a circle and has a beautiful white sidewalk. Great Place to Live!
July 21, 2015Maybe you are one of those folks that love the outdoors and city life at the same time. Westgate Townhouses is a beautiful place to live in the country and escape the city that surrounds you. It is a group of townhouse in a culdesac. Trees line the road, landscape is absolutely beautiful and the management team on the grounds are a group of wonderful people. Oh, let me mention that if you walk out or drive out of the hidden driveway and venture off down the hill you will find everything you ...need except Walmart. LOL (which is eight minutes away on CT 15) This is a wonderful place to live and easy access to every place in the city and out of the city. Beautiful scenery and deers, wild turkeys and geese and let me not forget Pond Lily is right beside Walgreens.
