I don't know what the current price is but its not worth it. Management is a joke. Washers and dryers are almost always out of order. Communication with management is a terrible UNLESS she needs something from you then its prompt. Your probably reading the bad reviews thinking it wont be like that for you or its not that bad.......unfortunately it is that bad and it will be like that for you.

The landlady is extremely rude. She doesn’t take care of sraff the right way. There are influx of shady outsiders. She says that there is a cctv; I don't think it works. I would give a negative rating if I could. The landlady is a 'don't care, I will do whatever I can' type

Idk When to start First I Move in May 2018 first day I Move In I had a hole in my ceiling.. not 2 Weeks into the apt mold in my tub, sink, & Window. Carpet was NEVER CLEAN! Rent Lady Rude..... You can only call or text she reply when she get ready.. mannn worst place ever

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Black Mold was in my bathroom and painted over by the landlord.

I don't know why there aren't more reviews on this website for this complex...but if you do more researching, you will find horrifying reviews. I signed a year lease, and around my 2 month of living here - BLACK MOLD was in my bathroom window. UNDER the paint. I lifted up a part of paint that was cracking, and low and behold, someone painted over the mold. I took pictures and wish I could post them on here. I told the landlord about it and she assured me "I would ever do that!"...then I told the ...

maintenance person about it and they said that she has asked them to paint over black mold before, as well as do other illegal fixes. I have also heard that in a few units there is still lead-based paint. VERY ILLEGAL. My health was at risk from her lack of knowing/caring how to landlord! She has been reported to the GA landlord Association many times by residents, and I will be reporting her as soon as I am done with this review. Honestly - do not give this woman any business. *ALSO there is a picture of a swimming pool on some websites for this complex. THE POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!*
