This apartment is trash, because of service and office staffing. They don’t care about you or your living conditions unless you go to their office everyday to ask about when they coming to fix something, and they favorite quote is tomorrow, tomorrow then one month still not fixed. They got rats, roaches , old houses, no service , altitude, no gate , no security, liars and more, so don’t come to live here because is not worth your $$$$.

They worry about the appearance from outside of the apartment. They need to worry about fixing the inside off the units, Ac fixing in the summer you need ac units fans to survive because they don’t care about the tenant only to stretch there hands when it’s time of rent. The owner always says you have to talk to the manager to get things fix and the manager says the manager make the decision on what to fix or not so they don’t do anything. Rats and roaches infestation have to buy out on product ...

to kill them because they don’t do anything about the situation. If you are thinking of renting here FORGET IT TURN AROUND AND RUN. They won’t let me put 0 stars so have to click on 1 but for me it’s ZERO STARS .

Parking lots are full, sometimes the trash doesn't get picked up for two weeks. They do have a security guard that all he does is stay in his car all night. They don't have an a/c technician. Some of its buildings should be condemned. The two bedroom apartment that I'm staying at, neither room has a closet. There's mold in the a/c vents.
