DO NOT MOVE HERE
February 15, 2025I haven’t even been here a whole year, once winter hit I notice MOLD IN MY BATHROOM, living room siding door, bathroom and kitchen, they don’t have hot water it takes 15 mins to warm up even a little bit. The mold has gotten me and my two kids sick for months. I sent pictures to the lady at the front office and no response for days. They never fixed the problem and the told me off the pictures it was mildew and it’s my fault but never came in person to view it for their self. If your even a day ...after the 5th behind in rent or holding rent because they don’t fix a problem you stressed to them about they don’t waste their time putting court papers on your door so when everyone walks past they will read your business because it’s all in the open. October 7, 2021I’ve emailed and called this property multiple times to inquire about pricing and an application. I’ve never heard back from them. Not once. Absolutely horrible
December 26, 2019This place is a joke. I lived here for a year and it was the worst experience of my life. The air conditioning doesn’t work in the summer, the fridge leaks, garbage disposal doesn’t work, my mailbox was broke and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. They have bedbug infestation trucks that are always here because this place is so disgusting. The maintenance people don’t want to fix anything and the landlord is beyond rude. Don’t try calling the main office about problems they are just as bad!Review from Apartments.com
Disgusted by the level of professionalism
May 28, 2019Spoke to someone about a one bedroom and it was awful. I only got one question answered and the man was incredibly rude. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who was able to be more friendly, and the man hung the phone up. I’ve tried to call back several times, and no answer. I really like the layout of this apartment and it seems to be in a good area. If this is how they treat a potential tenant, just imagine how they treat those that already live on the property. Great Value!
August 27, 2015I am very happy with this apartment, the floor plan is great, the location is good and the amenities are better than I have had at most places. Laundry is in the basement so you don't have to go outside and each apartment comes with a storage unit and car port. The only down sides are that they don't allow pets and the stove is gas. It is pet friendly and very clean, a great place to do laundry and store your belongings. Minutes away from Hines-drive and Livonia-Westland public schools!!
