Man I have been here about 8 months now. All I can say is wow. I saw the earlier comment with all the bad comments about bugs and things and the security.. No such thing is happening. The manager is the best I have ever dealt with and security keeps it on point. That person sounds like someone who was mad because they were evicted or something because it is always people waiting trying to move here. We are always 100% full and nobody wants to leave. The management is awesome maintenance responds ...

quick and no break ins or people hanging out. I love it. I would recommend it to everybody. But like I said we totally full and nobody wants to leave. They got all kind of tenant appreciation awards and all that good stuff. The new management is great and is doing awesome things around here. Signing off as a happy tenant!!!!

Well I Just moved in a little over 3 weeks age. They have new Owners. You can really tell that they are trying to do new things. I came into the office the new manager was so nice and pleasant and he explained to me the new things they have in motion. It is very quiet out here. I love the fact that there is a courtesy officer on site the is also employed by the state because I see him patrolling the schools as a security guard at APS. I have no compalints. Pest Control has come to my apartment ...

twice already. They comeevery two weeks. I have not seen anything maybe a spider but I understand we are surrounded by trees. This new company Just bought the property and the change is noticeable. The people came out in a laundry truck I asked what was going on. They said we are about to upgrade the washer to cards. Wow. I see why The new company just came and they 100 percent full. If you can get in you better while you can.. Satisfied Tenant

I recommend this complex to no one,if you love waterbugs,spiders,beetles,roaches,ants,snakes,this is for you,poor maintenance,poor management,one person in rental office tells other tenants your personal business just so unprofessional,old stoves,air goes out almost everyday,plumbing is very bad,raggedy washer & dryer,fake security card carries a gun with no gun license,& have no valid drivers license,property very dark at night,car break ins,high speed chase all the time entering these apts ...

because they are close to the highway,these apts have really went downhill,Need Good management he is not the one,poor Job,needs Bejohn or Mark back they did Great Job!!!!
