New Management New Attitude
March 11, 2025This complex just underwent a management change and the new staff has major attitude issues. Previous management was kind and cared about their tenants. These new people are not helpful, not knowledgable, aggressive, and have increased rent while decreasing amenities such as cable tv. As for the apartments, they are some what modern but not without issues. The walls are thin and I can hear noise from all three apartments I share walls with. I can cleary hear people use the toilet. Also, there is ...limited parking in most areas except in the far back. Additionally, the dumpsters seem to always be overflowing and the gym is a joke with just few machines that are old, barely work, and are super loud. There are also a lot of dog owners and smokers in the community so be prepared for cigarette butts and dog poop sightings during any walk, even the short steps to the mailbox. I lived here for 3 years and am looking forward to leaving as soon as possible.Property Manager Responded

Very unprofessional
May 4, 2023This place is very unprofessional. They canceled on me 3 separate times for a tour and the last time we rescheduled we showed up and no one was in the office. We waited around for about 10 minutes and left. Very bad management, will not be applying for an apartment here.Review from Apartments.com
Super Friendly Staff
July 28, 2015I absolutely love my apartment. It's a perfect size for me and my boyfriend with the second bedroom being great for our family that visits from out of state. The closets are absolutely huge and fit all our clothes without a problem. Which is great with the washer/dryer in the apartment things couldn't be easier for laundry purposes. The complex is overall pretty quiet. Great for someone that doesn't want a lot of hustle and bustle. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. They attend to ...your needs when they occur. Whenever we've had a problem with maintenance they are there the day of the email/call or the next morning by 8 am. We needed a new washer at one point. They took the old one away on a Thursday and a new one was installed by Tuesday afternoon. The only issue I've ever had is in certain places in the complex parking can be hard to find, especially in the winter months with snow on the ground, but that is managable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 5, 2013All I can say is that you pay for what you get. The neighborhood is quiet, the people are nice, the staff is professional and prompt with any of your needs from office work to maintenance. The property is always clean and groomed between lawn care and snow removal, and the quality of the apartments are very appealing. Plus the 24hr gym and perfectly clean and safe pool are a huge bonus for me and my family. I have lived here for 2 years and have referred a few friends to move here in which they ...did and love it.
