An Entertaining Balance
March 3, 2025I was glad that the management listened to concerns and responded in a timely manner. I did have issues with bugs and the maintenance team didn't always verify their work before considering it done. The pool is often closed without warning or timeframe, and I've had multiple instances of water emergencies in my time there where the water was shut off and only told that there was an emergency over an hour after it was shut off. Management & maintenance will still make efforts to assist as best ...they can, and I did enjoy my time there.Property Manager Responded

Bad management
March 12, 2021They are roach infested and have mices. They raise the rent so when people move in their rent is lower than uours. The carpets stink in the hall, People break into your garage and cars on the property.Management is horribleReview from Apartments.com

HORRIBLE STAFF, Unprofessional,
May 9, 2019The previous reviews are very accurate. “Management” will blame every issue on you, no attempt to address or find solutions, does not return tenant phone calls regarding concerns. The office has gone through 10 different assistants, they are running tenants and employees away. Very nosey - love to get the dirt on tenants and tells business to other residents. The office could really use an entire wipe out of staff. I do not encourage you to live here. Walls are paper thin, long history of ...plumbing issues but they will act nonchalant about them and say it’s a new thing. I’m not sure if they think the tenants believe their lies but they keep them up. They probably will get sued if this type of behavior continues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible Management
September 24, 2018Dealing with management has been a very frustrating ordeal. They make no effort to reply to resident issues in a timely manner. Have called, emailed, and sent physical letters. With no resolution in months. Warning to guests AND residents, they will tow your car with zero notice or warning. Maintenance guy has been great! Unprofessional
February 2, 2017I scheduled an appointment for a studio showing and of my appointment they told me that someone was approved for that studio already. I would appreciate it if they could have call and let me know the day ahead or the day of my appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time. I asked her why no one called my yesterday and let me know and she said she didn't work yesterday and they were busy. Even so she could have call me before my appointment.Review from Apartments.com
