April 22, 2026it would be a higher rating if amenities were kept in good order, for example every pool chair is broken and has been for months. Every single building has gutters full of debris and are completely clogged. Also, some residents are very disrespectful. Many cars speed and drive recklessly through the neighborhood. Dog owners don’t always leash their dogs or clean up after them. There have been dog attacks.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2026My husband and I had relocated from Kansas City to Orlando in the apartment we had planned to relocate into fell through. The Whisper Lake team understood our circumstances and were especially helpful. We originally came on a Friday where the assistant property manager, Cindy, took us on a tour of the two bedroom loft and remaining community. My husband and I loved the community, but wanted a standard two bedroom. We returned the following day to tour the standard two bedroom with Bryana. She was ...especially patient and helpful throughout our final tour and they helped us move in as quickly as possible. They even got our requested apartment ready in time for us to check out of our hotel.Property Manager Responded

February 16, 2026So far it hasn’t been bad. Much quieter than the last place I lived and the vibe in the apartment is welcoming. My favorite equipment to use is the free weights in the outside gym area and the staff at the front office are professional and helpful.Property Manager Responded
