Whisper lakes is such a welcoming, and peaceful community! I love that I can’t hear the hustle and bustle of Orlando. It like a little escape. Staff is very friendly. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I’m loving it here!

My appliances are old and were never cleaned properly, there’s wasp,spider,bee and bat nests all over the stairs so it’s a struggle getting to my apt. And the pool has mold all around the edges,sides and bottom so I can never enjoy it

It's good if there aren't many problems in the apartment. It takes a while to hear back from the front office when I leave calls. And still waiting on maintenance for some appliances.

The nature here a whisper lake is beautiful boundless and seemingly endless. Not only is the nature beautiful, bht after maybe 9pm it gets super quiet and I love to go on long walks

it would be a higher rating if amenities were kept in good order, for example every pool chair is broken and has been for months. Every single building has gutters full of debris and are completely clogged. Also, some residents are very disrespectful. Many cars speed and drive recklessly through the neighborhood. Dog owners don’t always leash their dogs or clean up after them. There have been dog attacks.

My husband and I had relocated from Kansas City to Orlando in the apartment we had planned to relocate into fell through. The Whisper Lake team understood our circumstances and were especially helpful. We originally came on a Friday where the assistant property manager, Cindy, took us on a tour of the two bedroom loft and remaining community. My husband and I loved the community, but wanted a standard two bedroom. We returned the following day to tour the standard two bedroom with Bryana. She was ...

So far everything has been okay but the gym needs a little fine tuning , the pool feels great but the chairs aren’t the best. My apartment is cozy so far , we just moved in so we’ll give some feedback then.
