While I think the apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced, we have had nothing but trouble getting our apartment and keys after paying everything and signing our lease. Our lessee technically started 4 days prior, at the end of November, and we have yet to receive our copies of the lease, keys to the apartment, and they still want to charge us more for the month of December. The lack of communication and follow through has been nothing but frustrating.

We are going on our second year here and really have no complaints, it’s a nice quiet, safe neighborhood, and very welcoming to our pets ! Office staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team has always been on top of it whenever needed

The atmosphere of this community is so cozy! We live on the tree line and enjoy the quiet while also being able to invite friends over. The pool is huge and an amazing selling point for its 8 foot depth. Plenty of amenities and sports courts. Lovely activities and treats available at the leasing office for holidays. Maintenance times can be inconsistent, sometimes getting help same day, sometimes having to go to the office multiple times a month with the same request. We've lived here for 2 ...
years and will be renewing come the new year.

It’s been two months, the office is communicative with requests, the maintenance guys are ready to jump and smile when they get there, with a very respective attitude. I enjoy the premises, the ducks are awesome, especially with their kids. Walking the dog is easy, trash removal is constant. Wouldn’t change it if I could.

Well, I cannot give it a five star rating even though it is quiet around here. Maintenance people have been promising to come by for last month now to fix my master bath drain toilet with a new plug. They’re supposed to be here a week ago then I talked to him. This should be the other day. And then the front office was supposed to give me a new lease. It’s for me to sign three weeks ago and they never have yet so better communication would be great.

I’ve lived here for just over a year, and can honestly say I’ve enjoyed living here, staff is great and the maintenance team is so accommodating and on top of things! It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood, I’m not nervous or scared to go out and walk my dog, the pool and work out room are also great
