Needs more parking. It sucks having to park by the clubhouse. Especially when you know we pay to live here. But everything else has been great.

So far Im enjoying the community and the area it’s in. It’s very calm and relaxing with the trees and pond and kind of out of sight. Neighbors have been polite and community is kept clean and cut.

Processing was easy and staffing was nice. Love my space. It has a unique layout and much open space. Love the loft style. The community is pretty quiet and has a lot of amenities.

So far it hasn’t been bad. Much quieter than the last place I lived and the vibe in the apartment is welcoming. My favorite equipment to use is the free weights in the outside gym area and the staff at the front office are professional and helpful.

It is great but there’s miscommunication with emails sometimes and the machines on the gym some have been damaged for months and the pool chairs most of them are broken. Besides that I love that place.

At the beginning, the first months, it was easy to find someone to help us with our requests. Nowadays no one answer the phone, no one replies to our emails, and when we go to the office, no one is there. We sent our request for renewal since Dec 2025 and just days ago we rcvd an email from you, asking if we were going to renew the lease contract. I re sent all the details and up to today, no one has answered. Also a request for fixing the blinds was complete after two weeks or more of ...
pushing. We dont know what happened but definitely something happened as the customer service is not good these days.

I really love the monthly events that you offer although there aren't many that I am available to attend. I'm really not into halloween but thought it would be fun for me and me Lil stinker to attend. I guess we got there too late and there wasn't many in attendance but I really appreciate the effort that the staff put forth.

neighbors are usually loud and that can be expected of college area type apartments. maintainence is good but the buildings come with many problems out the bat.
