The apartments are calm and cozy with a touch of cabin energy. The community is nice and students can afford the prices of the apartments. The staff are nice.

It’s been two months, the office is communicative with requests, the maintenance guys are ready to jump and smile when they get there, with a very respective attitude. I enjoy the premises, the ducks are awesome, especially with their kids. Walking the dog is easy, trash removal is constant. Wouldn’t change it if I could.

Well, I cannot give it a five star rating even though it is quiet around here. Maintenance people have been promising to come by for last month now to fix my master bath drain toilet with a new plug. They’re supposed to be here a week ago then I talked to him. This should be the other day. And then the front office was supposed to give me a new lease. It’s for me to sign three weeks ago and they never have yet so better communication would be great.

I’ve lived here for just over a year, and can honestly say I’ve enjoyed living here, staff is great and the maintenance team is so accommodating and on top of things! It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood, I’m not nervous or scared to go out and walk my dog, the pool and work out room are also great

Really good environment, community, and experience! One of the best decisions I have ever made. Beautiful views and perfect for kids and families. Super pet-friendly and animal-friendly in general. Great social area and great pool!

Moved in this weekend and love our new neighborhood and apartment. The amenities are great and easily accessible. The community is well managed, has great amenities and lots of entertainment, shops and restaurants near by. Best part is FullSail University is two blocks away.
