Dirty apartments
December 26, 2018This place sucks every year around Christmas time the hot water doesn’t work because some “pipes broke” and they don’t notify the tenants until we have to call the management. It’s been 4 days since we have been without hot water which is ridiculous! A bunch of weed smokers keep moving in and nothing is ever done. I had to move my daughter from bedrooms because we could smell the weed and it was a very strong smell. The laundry rooms are always dirty and some of the machines do not work most of ...the time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
November 20, 2017Please don't waste your money living at White Oak Gardens. I lived there for many years and I recently moved from there. Jenny (office staff) is very rude and does not care about the residents. I have made many of complaints on her to management and my neighbors have also put complaints in on her to, but yet she is still very rude and she also still has a job there. I had to call the office repeatedly just to get something fixed in my apartment. My apartment was infested with roaches and mice me ...and my kids were terrified to go in the kitchen because of all of the mice running back and forth. The mice were so bad there that they were running across the stove while i was cooking. I could hear the mice through the walls. I had bump beds for my kids and the mice would actruly climb up on both of my kids beds and leave there mice droppings everywhere. We couldn't leave any type of food out cooked or not cooked because the mice would eat it including loaves of bread, sunflower seed, flour, chips etc. Oh and they ate a pair of my daughters underwear. we could not leave a plate with food it on the table for more then 2 mins because when we came back to it it would be a roach in our food. It took a month for someone to come in and patch the mice holes up. By that time my apartment was all ready infested with mice. Bathrooms are the smallest bathrooms I've ever seen. parking is horrible you have to sign up online to get a parking pass in which your car may still get towed. My car got towed once and my neighbors car got towed to. Even though we had a parking pass. Great Apartments
August 13, 2015my apartment is spacious and the carpet is nice and clean. The appliances are modern. The only problem I had was one lose tile in the bathroom. I called maitenance and they were there within an hour. The building is quiet and peaceful and the managers at the renting office are easy to get along with.Review from Apartments.com
Perks of living in whiteoak apartments
September 8, 2015Living on lockwood drive, shopping center is about 10 minutes walk, access to metro as early as 4am pass midnigt. Downtown silver spring is about 15 minutes drive. Great Location
September 2, 2015These apartments are conveniently close to the shopping centers and restaurants and metro bus stops. Perfect location for those who use public transportation or just simply enjoy walking. The community center is also close by. The apartments are well maintained and have spacious balconies. whiteoak apartments
August 8, 2015They are so deceiving. I have been here going on 7 years and they don't do what they advertise. The place is infested with roaches, mice and bedbugs. Although I pay 1480.00 per month and have been unemployed they have offered no assitance. I pay my rent on time and have depleted all resources. They have tennis court with no nets although I have requested several times. Have 2 children and one is special needs. PLEASE HELP#Review from Apartments.com
