When my daughter came unexpectedly in November while my due date was in January I was in total despair not having found a home yet. I had been working with Penelope, the apartment manager, and trying to work out our aquiring one of her two available units before my babies premature birth and when she found out I delivered early she did everything in her power to get us into a place even though she thought she had two more months to prepare the place. She got us into our apartment, all remodeled ...
with new floors and fixtures within two weeks. Outstanding management now I couldn't be more grateful or more pleased with our with. Rest assured, Penelope will 100% take good care of you!

There is absolutely no management for this property. There are safety hazards left and right, and the excuses the tenants receive do not fix them.
Shauna, the "property manager" only makes an appearance long enough to issue eviction notices to anyone who might be a week late on their rent (and then adds on another $130 in fees).
The carpet in the apartments is all stained and fraying to the point there are exposed tacking strips. Window AC units are not permitted and there is no central ...

Many of the tenants are very nosy and make living her very difficult.
Live somewhere else if you can afford it. This IS NOT a place for kids (lots of illegal drug use in the buildings; lots of alcoholics, as well).
