A Future "EX" Tenant - 6/25/2019
June 26, 2019This community and management staff gives you a false sense of reality. They will smile hard at you when you walk in, but they are wolves in sheep clothing. The units are not an upgrade, they are just patched up. They put up a front with presenting to you a unit, but after you've live in it is when you see the issues. The cabinet facings are patched, the floors are crappy, and cheap, they do not change the carpet as they should. The office manager intimidates her staff, and tries to manipulate ...the tenants and/or visitors. I do not like people like her. This may be one of the better communities on this side of Memorial Drive, but I HATE IT ALL. Eastside is NOT greater. I cannot wait to move to a more diverse, better area. Wildwood Took Advantage Of Me
November 30, 2018I was approved to moved into Wildwood and was provided a monthly rate and apartment in my welcome letter. One week prior to moving in I was contacted stating that the monthly rent was increased because they called getting the apartment move in ready an upgrade. I asked what was the upgrade? They said flooring (cleaning/replacing carpet) and counter top (replacing)... Now how was that upgrade? In order to keep my rent at the monthly rate that was in my offer letter, they wanted to move me whom ...was a single, older woman way in the back of the complex up against the woods, in the back of the building on the 3rd floor. So in all actually I chose to opt out of the offer letter because Wildwood was not true to their word. Not only that they kept my application and administrative fee. Application Process misleading
February 7, 2018Do not be so quick to apply here. If you do apply the application process is online. If you are denied which they don't really make aware that it takes 30-45 days supposedly which is unacceptable to get your money back by mail. This is what I was told after calling a few times from the Property Manager. Make sure you know for sure what could possibly disqualify you because if not they will proceed with giving you a number to call which is the company who has done the screening just to be ...transferred to Experian. Roaches paradise
July 22, 2017We've only lived here for one week and already I am so sick of killing roaches!! We reported the infestation to the office staff and yes, they sent the terminator guy. The very next day, we were back to war with the roaches!! We're paying too much money to be dealing with this. We know we cannot live here.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location, Great Price
January 19, 2016I recently just moved to Wildwood at StoneMountain and Dee and Tayo were both amazing. The ladies were very professional, and very understanding to my particular needs. When I initially moved in I had a few issues, and the maintenence crew took care of the problem by the next day. At this point, the neighborhood has been quiet, and I haven't had any major disturbances. I am happy with my choice thus far!Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015The apartments are kept fairly clean and the complex is pretty quiet. I did experience someone hitting my car in the parking lot. The grounds are kept nice. The apartments are roomy and I really like the washer and dryer that are a part of the package.Review from Apartments.com
Looks good from the outside! Not worth the rent!
August 16, 2015Well from first look it's a great place to stay but once you get in....yep stuff changes! The first few months were quite peaceful everybody works, speaks and minds there own business plus is pretty quiet we thought til we received a letter to be careful cause there was an attempted robbery at the gate?. The apartments are generously spacious but have unacceptable flaws for the rent you're charged. Shower started with low water pressure therefore you have to lmost take a shower in cold water. ...About 6 months after we moved in we got roaches out of thin air we put in a request for someone to come spray but still nothing 7/8 months later. We have courtesy police officers but I never physically ? seen them. I mean it's not horrible but i will say for the price I'd rather rent a house and have a little flexibility.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
