Roach Infested
July 20, 2020When we were touring the unit they had cleaned and set aside for viewings, we had discovered dead roaches throughout every single room in the apartment as well as the public laundry area and hallways. When we brought this up with the property management company, Lerch Properties, they completely ignored us from then on despite being in frequent contact in the days leading to and the day of the apartment viewing. Since then the apartment has now been rented out, likely after they cleaned up the ...dead roaches in the building. I would caution you to avoid their properties if you want to avoid possible bug infestations and poor management. I wish I could include the dozens of pictures of the roaches we took while viewing the apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
