TERRIBLE!
December 9, 2017My attorney and I called Williamsburg to get a CLEAR, LEGAL reason for them to not renew my lease and Diane couldn’t give one! We asked to speak with the Nolan Estate to verify this decision (because we didnt want heresay) and She literally said “Well she’s not happy here. I don’t have to give a reason” and hung up the phone in our faces! I contacted a Newspaper representative, and not only did he tell me Diane hung up the phone in his face when he called too, but when he went by the office he ...was immediately asked, very rude if he was there for me!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live.
July 8, 2017I lived at Williamsburg Apartments for over 3 years. When i first moved in they were in the process of improving the overall apartments. Never had any issues with management and any apartment issues were quickly resolved. Is a very good apartment for the costs.Review from Apartments.com

June 27, 2016Williamsburg Apartments are not horrible looking apartments. However, Nolan Property Management could easily qualify as the worst landlord I have ever rented from, and I have rented from a good many companies. Rude, inconsiderate, greedy, unresponsive, etc. Trust me, do not deal with these people, there are many other places to rent from in the surrounding area.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
August 9, 2015I have live at Williamsburg Square Apartments for over a year and love it. Every unit has a fire place which I love. Maintanance has anyways fixed any issues with the apartment with in 24 hours of making a report. I also enjoyed the great and convenient parking and the fact that if it snows the parking lot has always been cleaned before 5am.Review from Apartments.com
