Rude management and living in Noise from neighbors

Apartments have flimsy walls. One can hear anyone talking in the neighbor apartment. And someone walking on above floor or using toilet will wake U up from sleep. Roof is Music played loudly by many people and quite disturbing. For some neighbors family fights, police had to be called. No Security. Call their office for any issue, and the lady there will be harsh to reply.
