there is reserved parking but its not enforced. There is very high theft. Sometimes there is security. Sometimes there isnt. Its very inconsistent and they go threw security companies. They have rules and regulations that isnt followed and they dont enforce it to be followed. Plumbing is not decent what so ever. Water gets shut off 5 + times a month. If i could upload pictures i would.

These condos are under new management. And the receptionist is the snobbiest and rudest person I have ever had to deal with. She acts like she is above anyone who lives here. And I hope they start fixing the shingles and parking lot soon!! Not to mention paint!!!
