Poor construction
February 22, 2026If on the first floor, sounds of people coming down the stairs from the second floor are terrible. Every foot step from the floor above can be heard and it echoes. I can hear someone talk through my wall although there may be another unit between us. The apartment doors cause the walls to shake when they close. There aren't any secure features to the building doors. Anyone could come in. The closet doors free float on the bottom and constantly come off the track. All cabinetry is severly dated ...and don't close properly. Costly rent increase recently. Buildings are stated as being pet friendly but this isn't true .The only positive thing that I can say is that maintenance responds very quickly whenever anything needs to be fixed and that is a blessing. I would recommend to keep looking. The poor construction compared to Rising costs of rent makes this not a feasible option.Property Manager Responded

Love this place!
January 20, 2026Willow Creek has been a great place to live. While we decided to move due to changing circumstances and commute considerations, we would absolutely recommend this property to others. Wonderful, dog-friendly community
July 13, 2020We have been living here for about 1.5 years and we have no complaints. The building is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. Only a few of the buildings allow dogs but they provide bag dispensers/waste bins around the property which is awesome. The staff/maintenance are wonderful and very responsive. In addition to a gated-pool, the property also has a tennis court, playground and a mini, on-site dog park. A lot of the neighbors take all their dogs there after work to run around and ...socialize. Even with our AC on during the summer, our energy bills are reasonable. Each unit has their own central air unit and water heater. I would definitely recommend Willow Creek - especially if you have a furry little friend.Property Manager Responded
