Washing machines have not been fixed in over a year. We have had our vehicle damaged and there are no working security cameras - they just keep insisting they are working on it, but it’s been over a year. We found a rat in our apartment and was told that an exterminator would come - no one did (this was about 5 months ago). To make the situation better, fix the concerns people are clearly mentioning in their reviews. Replying and asking people to call you does not fix the situations.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand there have been some frustrations for you. Our laundry machines are being routinely fixed and worked on, however, sadly they become damaged as soon as they are repaired. It is unfortunate about your vehicle damage as well. We are close to the end of our project for getting new cameras installed and up and running. Once they are on, the cameras will be focused on entry points and the garage door and most likely would not have been a help in vehicle damages. We would like to follow up on the pest situation as we do have a routine inspection and vendor that helps with that. If you could please reach out to us, we can look into that further.
